In PE lessons this week the children had great fun improving their balancing and coordination skills.
In preparation for some creative writing, the children produced desriptions of some well know book and film characters.

In PSHE this week we have been thinking about who we can trust and how they can help us. We made posters to share our ideas with others.

Safety Week
This week we spent some time each day thinking about safety. We looked at road safety, rail safety (level crossings), water safety and fire safety. We also had a live chat from PC Steven Green.
Toys from the past
In history lessons this week we have been learning about chronology by placing old and new teddies on a timeline. We had to give reasons for our choices.
WB 23/11/20
In science lessons this week we had great fun exploring materials. We sorted objects from the classroom into groups according to their properties.
We worked hard in English lessons this week to complete a longer piece of writing, a story about a favourite toy.
In RE lessons this week we explored characters from the Nativity. We then made our own Nativity characters using playdough!

WB 07/12/20
We draw Christmas arrays to solve multiplication calculations.
We created our own Nativity gallery to show how much we have learnt about the birth of Jesus.
